Our client is hiring a Chief Development Officer. As the right hand to the CEO, you'll shape the development strategy, oversee project execution, and lead the charge in re-developing brownfield sites into solar projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the development strategy.
- Oversee project organization and tracking, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Provide hands-on development support as needed, leveraging your expertise to drive projects forward.
- Coach and mentor junior developers to upskill and develop their talents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of solar project development experience, successfully developing projects to NTP.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.
